The target of ‘The Flat Iron Burger’ is to create an amazing quality burger experience at an affordable price.
Our burger blend primarily consists of three cuts of prime Black Angus or Wagyu, namely: rump, brisket and chuck. This combination offers optimum taste, texture and residual juiciness.
Pulling the strings behind this successful creation are Chef Aairk Persaud & Johnny Glover. This duo has worked together for multiple years, with their most notable collaboration producing the World renowned ‘Butchers Club’, recognized by the Michelin guide for four consecutive years.
Flat Iron’s beef comes exclusively from one of Queensland, Australia’s finest award-winning farms – Macka’s. Our cuts are hand selected for ultimate freshness and quality.
