The mission of Flat Iron Steak is to create an exceptional steak experience at reasonable prices, so that everyone can join us at our humble restaurant and enjoy an amazing meal.

We primarily offer the Flat Iron cut, which comes from the Shoulder Top Blade of the cow, By using some cunning butchering techniques, we can extract a juicy, tender and flavoursome piece of prime steak that rivals any ribeye or tenderloin.

Our chefs take that awesome piece of beef and grill it in a hot wood-fired oven which gives it a smoky flavour and gently charred texture. Choose an expertly crafted sauce or side dish to accompany your steak if you're so inclined.
